"I had a reservation and was told I could only stay 20 mins in the lobby. So I went away and when I returned was told they would no longer rent to me because I had made a mess in the room. I used 2 towels and slept on top of sheets"

"You know, one bad apple can ruin a good bunch. There was an overnight person working named Rodney, he was TERRIBLE! He allowed people who were not staying at the hotel to party in the pool 2 of the nights, the pool was DISGUSTING, cloudy and had a film. He gave all of the towels away and left us to use hand towels to dry off the next morning. When confronted he was rude, demeaning, inconsiderate, insulting and disrespectful. Tha manager was so very nice when we chatted with her about him. But as long as he is an employee here, I would 100% recommend finding another hotel to stay at unfortunately. The hotel was nice. The elevator was a little creepy and seemed like it could use some service. Breakfast was decent, not the best or worst I’ve had. "
