"The room was clean, and the refrigerator and microwave worked well. The kids loved the pool, but it was HEAVILY chlorinated, and the kids left the hotel with a cough. The breakfast is about what you would expect, nothing of note. However, it's a good place to stay if you're passing through. "

"Always a great stay while visiting LaGrange College! The beds are ridiculously comfortable and the rooms are always spotless! The staff at the front desk and restaurant/bar/coffee shop were awesome and so welcoming!"

"I chose this property based on its 9.0 rating, but unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that score. Although it is advertised as a smoke-free facility, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke upon entering. In addition, the neighboring guests appeared to be long-term occupants and were loud and disruptive throughout our stay. Due to these issues, we felt uncomfortable and ultimately decided to leave in the middle of the night rather than stay the full duration of our booking. The one positive aspect of our experience was the receptionist, who was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful."

"They didn't honor their own cancellation policy and camrefund the nights we left early and gave notice. Front desk staff was great. Friendly and got us everything we needed. General manager gave Expedia and I the run around and didn't even honor their own policy."
