"The only good thing was the air conditioner worked. Two thin sheets well used pillows, terrible matris..bed skirt was randomly shoved under mattress. Sticky floors, every thing in the room dinged, scuffed, or broken "

"I chose this property based on its 9.0 rating, but unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that score. Although it is advertised as a smoke-free facility, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke upon entering. In addition, the neighboring guests appeared to be long-term occupants and were loud and disruptive throughout our stay. Due to these issues, we felt uncomfortable and ultimately decided to leave in the middle of the night rather than stay the full duration of our booking. The one positive aspect of our experience was the receptionist, who was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful."

"They didn't honor their own cancellation policy and camrefund the nights we left early and gave notice. Front desk staff was great. Friendly and got us everything we needed. General manager gave Expedia and I the run around and didn't even honor their own policy."

"We live nearby and stayed for 5 days as our bathroom was being remodeled. We choose this property as it was only one of two in Fairburn that have indoor pools and a fitness center. This one was a little futher from the highway so we figured it would be quite as you wouldn't be able to hear the traffic. I honestly think we made a great choice! The room was clean and the property was well cared for. Everyone we encounter including staff and other guests were very nice. Breakfast had hot food as well as the classic cold food offerings and there's a k cup coffee maker so you can come down for a cup of coffee even after breakfast is done. The pool was perfect and the fitness center has a weight machine in addition to a bike and treadmill which a lot of places don't offer. It was great to stay in such a nice place while dealing with something as stressful as a bathroom remodel."
