"The hotel room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff is phenomenal. The hotel shuttle was difficult to find due to incorrect information given by airport staff. I suggest calling the hotel for directions from the airport or Uber to the hotel without the airport shuttle. "

"I have a mobility scooter and it was difficult to use the elevators to get to my room. I had to move some items in the elevator area in order to use it. There was no motion sensor or handicap button to open the hotel door which caused problems. The lighting in the room was very poor including one lightbulb being entirely out. You have to go outside to walk to get to the shuttle because the front door isn’t being used and it was raining and cold. Since I was there because of flight cancellations, it was quite frustrating. The shuttle drivers were great and the shuttle runs around the clock. It was not up to hilton standards at all. "
