A beautiful hotel, with lovely friendly happy staff, who always gave a huge morning welcome at breakfast time. Delicious healthy breakfast and the best coffee, I've tasted in a long time, I had to go back for another. I felt very safe and it's in a great location to get to/from the ferry and to walk around to the shops and restaurants.

Initially placed in a smaller room overnight and moved to a more expansive room with a substantial balcony for the rest of our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable and really well maintained by attentive and friendly staff. It was literally a four minute walk to the beach along a quiet path, with a five or six minute walk to the centre of town where the more substantial shops and restaurants were. Lovely local place

I really liked my stay at Antares villa. The service was amazing, we felt very comfortable throughout the stay. It was a very clean environment. All staff especially Yusuph were very helpful, yusuph went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. It was very Relaxing.

Excellent service. Nice boutique feel. Not perfect but a real home from home. Staff and management are on hand and helpful. Recommended.

Good place to stay, right on the beach

I found the staff and facilities to be both welcoming and homely, they made not only my stay in Arusha comfortable, but also help plan a tour package. Breakfast buffet and home made evening meals on premise were of a very standard. Located in a quiet neighbourhood on the outskirt of Arusha Town. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to visitors planning safari's or already have them booked. My tour guide for 3 day, was excellent very knowledgeable and a great companion.

Fantastic stay, great price. The staff there all went out of their way to help us and emanated the friendliness and smiling culture of all the Tanzanian people we met. Saleh the owner is a tremendous host. Nothing is too much trouble. I have nothing but respect for him and how he helps his community. The house is in a quiet street, perfect for the airport. Most folks stay for a night on the way home or before they move on. However I stayed for five nights and had a splendid time.
