"The room was clean, and housekeeping came by every day to clean and replace the towels. For the first two mornings, there was no hot water early in the morning. After I reported it, they sent a housekeeping staff member to verify the issue before alerting maintenance. By the following morning, it had been fixed, and I finally got to enjoy a blissfully hot shower. "The staffs were the best, breakfast was exceptional, location perfect. Only down part was the shower, for someone that is big and tall taking a shower daily was a struggle. Management should look into this."
