Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"The rooms were not clean when we arrived and they were old a little other than this everything was good"

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa - All Inclusive
6/10 Okay
"Stayed March 1-11, 2026 The beach was terrible with sargassum never seen before. I realize this is a natural phenomenon but no effort was made to reduce it. The Sargassum started to rot making a smell so bad it permeated most of the resort. Bathrooms needed upgrading. Staff amazing. Pool areas wonderful. If you are a “beach” person stay away…..if you are a pool person it’s good. "

TRS Yucatan Hotel - Adults Only - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"We had an excellent 10-day stay at TRS Yucatán in Mexico. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional — the resort, the food, the atmosphere, and especially the staff.
The service throughout our stay was outstanding. Every member of the team was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure guests had the best experience possible.
A special mention has to go to our butler, Moses. He was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. His attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism really made our holiday extra special.
We truly had a fantastic time and would highly recommend TRS Yucatán to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. We would definitely love to return."

Bahia Principe Grand Coba - All Inclusive
2/10 Terrible
"Rooms were clean but dated, drinks were watered down, food choices were limited and quality was quite poor. A la carte's were fully booked and could not secure a reservation. Front desk staff were no help. No direct access to the beach only by shuttle and the quality of the beach was bad. Short shoreline, sea weed everywhere with little to no maintenance, waves were rough in this area."

Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"Amazing entertainment and staff as always. Constantly working their hardest to maintain a clean and fun environment for everyone. "

Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"Our family just returned from an incredible stay at this all-inclusive resort in Mexico, and it was easily one of the best vacation experiences we’ve ever had. We traveled as a group of 11—adults and kids—and everything from start to finish exceeded our expectations. The food was fantastic, the rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the entire property was beautifully maintained. The staff truly made the trip special with their attentiveness and kindness.
A huge shout out to Carlos and Aldo from the Travel Club, who were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and to Ali Garduno from Concierge, who went above and beyond to make sure our group had everything we needed. Traveling with a big family can sometimes be tricky, but the team here made it seamless and enjoyable for everyone. We’re already talking about coming back! 🌴☀️✨"

Mereva Tulum
6/10 Okay
"Beautiful location and very pleasant staff. Unfortunately our room did not have air conditioning - and they would fix it and fill it up with coolant, and then it would leak and then by the middle of the night it was a torture chamber of heat and humidity (78 degrees f). There is no where else to cool off in the hotel - everything is open air and honestly the pools were filthy like someone else said in the reviews. Outside there are nosee’ems. When we finally had enough at 3am on the 4th night, they did put us in another room for a few hours after Google Translate, staff visits/photos and chats with the manager. So we only had 2 hours in a cool room before our excursion for the day and very little sleep.
I had to insist on moving rooms before leaving on our excursion, which was added stress. They did move us to the Nerea which was a much nicer hotel and better cared for by far. However the new room had no tv, the futon was a bit banged up, and a broken window looking into the construction. At this point we did not complain.
They offered us dinner to make up for this but when inquiring on it before our last evening there, they weren’t aware of it but were willing to uphold it.
The most upsetting part was realizing the ac issue and room flooding, wasn’t new. They just tried to pass this crappy and unworkable room onto us. My friends staying (from our recommendation) in the same hotel, room below and said there was water damage and signs of mold on the same wall. "
