The staff is what sets the place apart. Very friendly and on the last day my car would not start and they went out of their way to secure jumper cables and get my car stared to head back down the mountain. "

"Overbooked double queen rooms, then didn't offer anything to compensate for their mistake. Manager was rude and condescending when asked how we could make our situation work. He offered no solutions, other than to make my 17 year old athlete to sleep on the floor. Housekeeping didn't refill items requested, and when asked for those items waa told Housekeeping waa busy and i would need to get the items from the front desk. All amenities were under construction and had to walk to another casino to use their amenities yet waa charged a substantial "resort". Would NEVER stay at this hotel again!"

"Everyone was very nice and things were clean, but it was under construction. So we still had so pay a “resort fee” but didn’t have access to a fitness center, there was no housekeeping, and no tv. "
