"Everything is good. Pool was not as warm as it has been in previous years especially in winter. The hotel is now charging a 10 dollar parking fee. Beware. Why they are charging after all these years is beyond me. There is nobody who parks their but hotel guest. The nights are already over 200 dollars. "

"Overall, the condo was clean and generally well maintained, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with throughout our stay. The location was also convenient for accessing the mountain, which made getting out to ski each day straightforward. That said, the unit itself was quite small and felt a little dated in terms of decor and furnishings. While everything was functional, it could benefit from some modernization to make the space feel more comfortable. Unfortunately, the biggest issue during our stay was the presence of mice. Although the staff were responsive when we raised it, it was still something that negatively impacted the overall experience and ultimately affected the score I gave the property. In summary, it’s a clean place with helpful staff and a good location, but the small size, dated interior, and especially the mouse issue made the stay less enjoyable than it could have been."

"The spa was perfect. Parking is convenient. Sean is really helpful for late check in."

"I have eaten pancakes thicker than the pillows, the carpet, sheets, tv, shower and general room esthetic felt very worn down and in need of a refresh. However, it was the cheapest option, so perhaps it is a 10/10 for budget, but 3/10 on all else. Staff was fine, it felt safe, it was the lowest priced option, but don't expect much else. "

"Location is fantastic, parking is great and condo is nice. The Northstar Village is not great. There were no good restaurants, so shopping ahead and making dinner in is recommended. Taking the elevator straight down to the gondola is amazing!! It’s def ski in and ski out. "
