This property is newly remodeled, clean and very safe feeling. The location was ideal for the activities we wanted to enjoy. The font desk lady wasn’t very friendly and gave us incorrect information about how the beach pass worked and even where the beach was.

The stay was very good. The lodge was well done. It's a renovated 70s building. We had some miscommunication from Expedia to the lodge though. I would recommend booking through them directly. The lodge honored the room but there at only one left so I could've been very unlucky if they weren't so gracious. The staff was very helpful. The pool is pretty cool even though it's heated. Incline village is a wonderful place to stay. Sand harbor and the east shore trail are right nearby. Enjoy the local restaurants.

An extraordinarily helpful and engaging staff — coupled with a great location and practical upgrades (such as walk-in showers, tech outlets and plentiful storage) — made the Incline Lodge a great choice for our stay. Our one aside is that additional sound insulation would be helpful.
