"We loved our studio cabin at Black Bear Lodge! The cabin was beautiful inside with a luxurious king bed, nicely appointed kitchen, and spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. Outside, we had a nice grassy area under Ponderosa pines to sit in the sun or the shade and enjoy the quiet surroundings. Most days we walked down to the lake to enjoy the beach or take the Tahoe Cruise. There are many attractive restaurants within walking distance, too!"

"Pool/hot tub very nice; good location and beach access; comfortable bed; friendly staff. Decor a bit outdated; room smaller than expected especially given no luggage stand in room; parking very tight. "

"This entire place was great. There’s nothing fancy. It’s simple it’s relaxing it’s clean people were great the fire pits were lit the hot tub was running. I didn’t use the hot tub out side in the snow but the people in there seemed to be having a great time. Since there will be a next time I’ll definitely try that out. "
