when we checked in they could not find our reservation it took until the next day about 5pm before they could check us in and fixed it the parking is a absolute NIGHTMARE and valet is non existing never there and couldnt find them plus you have to park across a very busy street a bit away from the hotel and its behind a shopping center the lot on the grounds is packed full day and night

No one will come clean your room unless you give a 24hr notice to have your room clean!? Very ridiculous! Front desk didn’t point that out during check in!!! 4pm check in and 10am check out!?! No pool towels at the pool Small and tight parking spots No free breakfast Parking fee and resort fees add on Worst Hilton I stayed at! I think motel 6 provides more than this Hilton!

This property was ok for my family of 4 (adult children). It was quiet and safe. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The shower curtain was flying during my shower and water was everywhere. There was no hair conditioner. Only one pot of coffee for the morning and no creamer therefore there was no coffee the next morning. Free DVD rental was a plus. Asking the staff anything (coffee, creamer, shower curtain, local excursions) lead you to a 1 1/2 to 3 hour tour selling you a vacation rental. We refuse to use our time in that manner as our stay was only for 2 days. The staff seemed aggravated by our decision. The spa and workout facilities were clean. Although I prefer to stay at Hilton properties, I won't book at a Hilton Vacation Club again.
