Stayed for a night, spacious room, and clean. Bed is comfortable. Staff is very nice. Only thing I'd love to have is a standard/office desk with a chair so I can do a bit work with laptop. Overall a very nice place for the price.

The rooms were very clean, the manager was extremely helpful and nice, went valentines weekend and the room was decorated with balloons and flower pedals and treats. Highly recommend. Will stay here every time I visit

Ami the on site manager is hands down the best host we’ve ever experienced. From the get go she was super helpful and attentive to anything we needed. The property seems to get some bad rep from booking app but Ami makes everything super easy. Even after sharing that we were saying for our anniversary, she took the time to make us fresh date bread and after a long night of snow fall she was up bright and early helping everyone with their cars. The rooms were amazing and spacious and very well maintained. Will definitely me back to stay whenever we are in Tahoe!

The room was very clean and Ami who was in the office was extremely friendly and a gracious host. The only issues to keep in mind were the mattresses were too firm for my wife. We got extra blankets from Ami, who brought them up, and that helped. The only other issues were that there were no chairs in our room. Only barstools that went with the table. Also, no curtains but just blinds so it did allow light in. Overall, nice experience and would stay here again

This hotel was truly excellent. The staff were very polite and attentive, providing thoughtful service throughout our stay. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean and well maintained. Due to a snowstorm, we had to check out one night early. We were fully prepared not to receive any refund, but the hotel kindly gave us credit for the unused night. That level of understanding and flexibility was truly impressive. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
