We received a free room upgrade on arrival, parking was convenient although the clearance was only 2.0m not the 2.1 staff had said over the phone prior to arrival, I'm glad I took our smaller car. The breakfast was pretty comprehensive, something for everyone. Overall we had a great stay

The hotel and staff are really good however we had a rough start to our stay, which was not aligned with the reputation of the hotel or the price paid. Our check in was delayed by 30 mins, which required follow ups from us on progress and then the same experience with baggage delivery to our room. ...

Room was clean and staff was very nice and helpful. However, the shower head could not be attached to the shower arm, so it was a bit inconvenient to use. Otherwise, our experience was very good.
