"The property is close to the city and has parking however there are a number of issues with the property. The bathroom sink was getting clogged and took a long time to drain. The bathroom floor needed cleaning. There was considerable mould on the bathroom ceiling. The shower curtain is supported by rope. There was also hair in the beds. "Clean room, very modern, excellent amenities, loved the free espresso machine and comfortable indoor/outdoor seating areas on top floor! Train station accessible next door, making it very convenient to get to airport. Excellent customer service and messaged me immediately with options when they realized I had left my charger in the room. Will definitely stay again if I get back to Sydney!"

"Wonderful stay! Incredibly convenient city location, less than 5 mins from Central station with a Woolies and 7-11 on the neighbouring corners. Friendly, helpful and accessible staff. Very spacious, clean and nicely furnished room, I could even connect the chrome cast from my phone to the TV which was great during downtime. Delicious buffet breakfast and even its own little boutique cinema with daily screenings for kids & grown ups! This will definitely be my go-to city hotel from now on! "

"Friendly staff at check-in - I was able to drop my heavy backpack hours before checkin began. Clean and beautiful room that still looks new. Great location close to train stations, Aldi and many food options. Only negative was that one of the bar staff was unfriendly and borderline rude. A comment that my friends also made during our catchup in the lobby. This is not what I expect from Ace properties after frequenting them since 2009. "
