Great Southern Hotel Sydney
This is a great old hotel close to Central Railway Station. The staff are friendly, the rooms clean and tidy and they were happy to store our bags at the end of our stay so we could go shopping. Joined JDA Rewards prior to stay and got my first beer free.

Nothing was to difficult for the staff, very kind and helpful. Only grips are dishwasher needs replacing as the buttons have been abused. The door strike plates stick out with a sharp edge. Sydney Central Hotel managed by The Ascott Limited
Room was spacious. Location is convenient and the staff were lovely. But the elevators were a hassle. The staff one and possibly one vistor one was out of order which lead to long waits especially when staff had cleaning trolleys in the guest elevator.
