"Clean, conveient, great staff"

"This property was amazing, so close to the centre, trams and trains to get anywhere we needed. Its right next to a theater and food center, and our room was right next to the lift, I had seen other reviews saying there was a lot of noise, we experienced none of this, it was really quiet and slept really well. Lovely room and bathroom, the bed was really comfy. Loved the idea of being able to chose if we wanted the room cleaned daily by putting a sign on the door, we dont always feel a room needs to be cleaned all the time and it also came with cash back to use on food or drinks in the hotel. Staff were brilliant and they helped when needed. Felt very safe in the hotel too with entry only being for guests. Its around the Chinatown area, so there are so many lovely places to eat close by. Would recommend staying here is visiting the city. "
