Had to call down to reception to adjust the temperature in the room and always seemed to get turned off even when in the room . The elevators had a really bad smell . Staff super friendly and helpful , Breakfast was fresh and easy.

We had a great stay at Ibis Sydney World Square. The breakfast was quite good, with a nice variety of options. The hotel is conveniently located, with many of Sydney’s main attractions within walking distance, especially around Pitt Street. The hotel could benefit from some maintenance, particularly regarding the unpleasant smell coming from the basement level. However, the staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, staying at Ibis Sydney World Square is definitely worthwhile, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Sydney.

The Ibis hotel is an excellent choice, extremely friendly, clean, central and the breakfast is such good value. The room was spacious for our trio with all amenities required for our short stay. Highly recommend.
