"The room the large, spacious, and spotless. The hotel is in a central location for meeting places for excursions and shopping areas. The staff was so courteous, kind, and helpful by calling taxis, suggestions routes, providing maps, and suggestions. Buddhi was especially helpful, when a stolen credit card became a problem. "

"Wonderful stay! Incredibly convenient city location, less than 5 mins from Central station with a Woolies and 7-11 on the neighbouring corners. Friendly, helpful and accessible staff. Very spacious, clean and nicely furnished room, I could even connect the chrome cast from my phone to the TV which was great during downtime. Delicious buffet breakfast and even its own little boutique cinema with daily screenings for kids & grown ups! This will definitely be my go-to city hotel from now on! "

"Friendly staff at check-in - I was able to drop my heavy backpack hours before checkin began. Clean and beautiful room that still looks new. Great location close to train stations, Aldi and many food options. Only negative was that one of the bar staff was unfriendly and borderline rude. A comment that my friends also made during our catchup in the lobby. This is not what I expect from Ace properties after frequenting them since 2009. "

"It’s not located in the thick of touristy area, yet only a hop and a skip away. Customer service at check in was extraordinary (I had none of my toiletries and they supplied me with all). The girl that took care of me was friendly, warm, helpful, and efficient. To experience this combination is a rarity in Sydney. The restaurant was the same with the food reasonably priced and good. The room was impeccable. Had a little fridge, iron, hair dryer, cutlery, etc. Not much of a view but I was there to rest. I have been in other Ibis around the world and all were okay but this one turned me into a fan. Good value for the money for sure. "
