"I honestly can't fault this hotel. It's my second time staying here and the service is second to none. Staff always go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. From the concierge staff, to reception staff, to housekeeping and even the waiters and waitresses...every single encounter was a positive one. The room was clean, views were fantastic. Location is amazing. I don't have a single complaint Cannot wait to stay at this amazing hotel again! "

"Nice convenient hotel for Darling Harbour access. Carpark is very convenient, yet very tight. Got a Ranger in and out with mm to spare either side on two corners. Good hotel. good staff and good house cleaning."
