"Friendly staff who were always willing to help"

"Friendly staff at check-in - I was able to drop my heavy backpack hours before checkin began. Clean and beautiful room that still looks new. Great location close to train stations, Aldi and many food options. Only negative was that one of the bar staff was unfriendly and borderline rude. A comment that my friends also made during our catchup in the lobby. This is not what I expect from Ace properties after frequenting them since 2009. "

"The staff were accommodating and friendly. The only issue is that not every room has a window or a thermostat. Otherwise, great location. Would stay here again. The property is in a prime location for public transportation, dining and shopping, or even walking."

"Great little pub - reasonably quiet, nice and clean AND close to just about everything. The only improvement I could suggest is darker window blinds to keep the morning light out a bit. It reminds me of an outback Australian pub where the meals are great, the beer is cold, and the accomodation does the job."

"The Parkroyal is a fantastic location, walking distance to everything. The room a quite large and the King bed was comfy with nice long pillows. Staff and Vallet were lovely. Stayed here a few times now. "
