"Look this place is great but just be aware there are no staff onsite available when things go wrong. I couldn't access my apartment and despite 100 'sorrys' from the nice lady in the phone i was told that the 'escalation' team were not avaible to assist. 2 hours shivering in a hallway later i discovered they had left me the wrong key in the lockbox and the key to the alternate apt (which ALSO) didn't work wa so actually the correct key. Oh..also the internet didn't work Mistakes happen but...
