"Hotel right in the heart of Surry Hills, close to transport, but parking is limited and pulling up at the front / unloading is not easy as there's nowhere to stop. Suggest parking around the corner in paid carpark. Rooms are artistic & tasteful with good coffee, and nice bar. "

"The hotel was just magnificent inside. It had everything you needed in one place. The staff, they were just amazing- kind, courteous, friendly, and very approachable. I would definitely stay there again. "

"Staff were phenomenal. Great location, steps away from Circular Quay, the Opera House, and the Botanical Gardens. Very convenient for shopping or sightseeing. The only drawback is that the restaurant doesn't open until 6:30 am, so no morning room service for coffee. The in-room coffee is instant."

"We enjoyed the in-suite laundry; allowing us to wash clothes after long days of visiting the city. The kitchen is great: full-sized fridge, stovetop, sink, toaster, coffee maker with pods provided and MW as well as cooking utensils and plates etc."

"The location was great. It is a short walk to George Street shops, restaurants and cafes and tram stop. It’s about a 10 minute walk to Circular Quay, the cruise terminal, The Rocks and Darling Harbour restaurants. Fantastic concierge service. Easy flat undercover drop off for vehicles and reception desk. No steps. Great vehicle access from the Harbour Bridge and the M8 to the airport. Large bedroom with plenty of room for our 4 large suitcases. Large bathroom with nice bath and separate shower. Plenty of mirrors. The indoor swimming pool has a small outdoor balcony that gets afternoon sun and there are good changing rooms. "
