"Nice new hotel in a good location. Parking was convenient. Quick easy walk to the beach. Nice that housekeeping came everyday to refresh the room. Service at the pool bar was hit or miss. Drinks sometime took a long time. Our last night and into the next morning the elevator was out of order. Made moving our bags down from the 5th floor a real hassle."

"The Property was great, nice location close to lots of restaurants and shops. The beach is out the back door and pool area is nice as well. Staff was very attentive and greeted you when you sat at poolside. Now my dislikes: we were on on 9th Floor which you think would be awesome, but it’s the top floor and you don’t have a see thru balcony, it’s a concrete wall with a small slit for a rail to sit on top of and the chairs for the balcony are so short you can’t see the beach. You really should think about a high top chair and table for that floor since you can’t see anything. Then the AC units are right there and they are very loud so you can’t really enjoy the beach life with the AC running constantly. Also wifi is only for 2 people, why? Should be for all who stay. Second there is a Service fee they charge you for…. Ok no big deal but that services fee is for a photo, bike rental two water bottles per day?? To me you’re better off giving your Hotel Guess a Discount for Chairs and Umbrella instead! Two chairs and an umbrella cost $101 from 9am-7pm which has 10% fee as well when getting them!! To me we pay to stay at this hotel you should give a BIG discount maybe 2 chairs and umbrella for $40 a day??? That would make it more affordable for those with families that come to your resort to stay who maybe fly in and do not have these available to them. We took the Shuttle that they recommended back to airport and William was great, on time and very informative!"

"We actually stayed for six days! It was so nice. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved "Betty" who made our breakfast every morning. She never lets anything run out! Housekeeping was really efficient and very kind - I didn't get their names but they were so sweet. It was so great that you are pet friendly as well. We also enjoyed the pool every day. We will be back for sure!! Oh and also the woman I spoke"

The room was spotless, comfortable, and offered breathtaking views of the Gulf. Waking up to the ocean each morning and ending the day with stunning sunsets was unforgettable. The attention to cleanliness throughout the entire resort was impressive and made our stay even more enjoyable. The beach itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for both relaxation and family fun. We spent hours enjoying the water, watching dolphins in the distance, and soaking up the incredible scenery. What truly sets Sandpearl apart is the combination of exceptional service, beautiful accommodations, and an unbeatable location. Every detail seemed thoughtfully considered, and it was clear that the staff takes great pride in creating a memorable experience for guests. "This was my first time here. I was impressed from the moment I checked in. Austin was so helpful, explained all the great amenities. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Great food and drinks especially at the breakfast bistro. Betsy was friendly and helpful and I looked forward to seeing her each morning. This will be the place I choose to stay every time I come back to Clearwater. 10/10"
