Did not use the laundry facility, as far as amenities there are non, no pool, no gym, no breakfast, no business center. It's basic and I was ok with it. The rooms do have a kitchen just have to have your own pots and pans. The room was clean. So if your looking for a low cost option this is it. The beach is near by plus plenty of breakfast options. I would go back with no problem

Room was great, everything was clean and was far enough away from other rooms to actually feel private. Air conditioning worked just as expected and an overhead ceiling fan did the trick if you need a little extra.

Decent room for the price. It served its purpose for us so thank you. Horrible smell in the lobby. The air freshener was so strong it made us gag. The check in was easy but the desk clerk wasn’t really happy to be there I assume as he wasn’t really nice. He was not rude by no means but maybe dealing with some of the “inhabitants” made him that way. Morning female that checked us out was very nice and quick.

Be prepared to clean your room only 2 week cleaning. No towel turn in either "for a fee" Lot of drugs I smell. Will do much to keep any and all deposits for fees. Otherwise it is new, clean, and kitchen is great but no dishes supplied except 2 ice trays. Can buy dishes and coffee pot downstairs. Coffee in lobby is free and i thought was good.

The beds are uncomfortable. The bedding was stained. There was hair scattered on my sheets. The towels were stained & had black fuzz on them. There wasn't a rubber mat for the tub. No facial tissues offered in the hotel. The Front staff was courteous. The room matron wasn't the least bit friendly. She gave 1 word answers-you need to ask the Front desk.
