Pros on this property: Easy parking, updated and clean rooms, private balcony, close to downtown Dunedin, great view of the water and the tiki bar Cons: the room smelled like a musty cabin for the first 2 days of our 4 day stay, the bed was really hard, and they had a serious lack of a decent coffee maker. It was an affordable place to stay and overall okay.

Some units at this resort have individual owners but are managed by the resort. You never know which units are which when you book online. Our room #201, had a mattress that was extremely old, springs popping through the fabric and hard as a rock. Because it was not owned by the resort, nothing could be done during our two night stay. In fairness, we were provided a discount. Would stay here again but would not book online.
