"Front desk staff were wonderful. I believe her name was Linda, can't remember the gentleman's name. They were very friendly and were helpful with local info, helping me get a cab, etc. Room was lovely, very clean, housekeeping staff were nice and polite. Breakfast was very good and the gentleman in charge of it made sure it stayed full and fresh. If I need to stay in Clearwater on other occasions I will definitely choose this La Quinta."

"Wanted to give a shout out to Lyric. We arrived from our cruise ship and were very early for check-in. I asked if an early check-in was possible. She was able to get us in right away which was nice since we had no place to go as our flight wasn't until the next morning. The afternoon clerk ( I think Pam?) was very friendly and helpful. The next morning, I slipped and fell on water someone had spilled on the tile floor. I advised him he may want to have it mopped up. He was so apologetic and more than willing to help me with ice, Advil or whatever I needed. Very impressed with the customer service interaction I had with these three employees. Very clean premises. We left too early to enjoy the complimentary breakfast. I was also impressed with the two large ice water containers and cups for guests in the lobby. Keep it up!"
