"Room was super nice - we did not spend much time in there but it fit our needs perfect. We called because our flight was delayed they were super nice about - also we forgot to put our parking pass in window one night (we didn’t want it to blow away while we were driving with the windows down) so we got a ticket for parking violation (from the hotel) I went and spoke to them about it and they were able to take it back. Super nice and welcoming every staff member I came across."

"You're paying for the location, and that's it. If you just want a room to crash at night, then it's sufficient enough... But don't expect anything beyond that. Make sure to wear slippers because the floors are disgusting; I went barefoot at first, until I realized the bottom of my feet were black! There was urine at the base of the toilet. Room service makes the bed, but doesn't actually change the sheets. They didn't replace the coffee, which was annoying when you wake up and realize you don't have coffee. Then you go down to the front desk to request more, but no one is there. Went down to the beach, where they had tons of beach chairs available, assuming they're provided by the hotel as part of the cost of amenities... But nope! As soon as we got comfortable in the chairs, a hotel staff member came over to tell us we had to pay $20 (per person) to use the chairs. Are you kidding me?! I read it was an extra charge for the cabanas, but the chairs?! Overall, disappointed by the entire stay. Had I know, I would have paid the extra money to stay somewhere nicer. Would not recommend. "

"Description was accurate- angled beach view, two pools (lovely warm heated) and tiki bar and restaurant! Great to have two bedrooms and space! Right off beach which was fantastic white sand. Downside- lots of families with lots of kids- great multigenerational get away but not a quiet romantic place. "
