"Excellent quality service by courteous and helpful staff. Prime Waters breakfast and dinner delicious and their servers were all prompt and friendly. Although not normally a fan of mandatory valet parking or the price, their staff was also prompt and courteous. Text messages communication was excellent too. Will definitely recommend the hotel and will stay here again."

"We stayed for 5 nights. Everything is great. Clean rooms, comfy beds, clean pool and having a dock at the back where you can chill is quite nice too. The only problem i have this property doesn’t have elevator. I kindly asked for 1st floor but they said rooms is not available eventhough there is so many empty rooms at that time. I think they want the 2nd floor occupied 1st.it is very inconvenient for me taking the stairs specially i have knee surgery and severe arthritis. If you ever want to stay here you have to mention or call the property when you book that you need a 1st floor."

"We had the best stay! The woman I spoke to on the phone at arrival was so nice and helpful. Check-in is so easy and convenient, they give you a entry code for your door. No need to go to the office. Everything was so clean and nice. I didn't realize there would be a full kitchen! These units have been beautifully remodeled. The bed was also comfortable. The only minor issue we encountered was that the shower's water pressure was weak. My daughter said she preferred staying here than a big hotel chain. We will absolutely stay here again next time we're in St. Pete/Treasure Island."

"Property was very clean, the cleaning staff gets 10/10. When we checked in, room was very clean, fridge, microwave, floor & bathroom all clean. The pool/pool area were also very clean. Front desk helpful. Great location. Overall a great budget friendly place to stay. Will be returning again!"
