"The automated check-in was convenient. Our room was very clean, the mattress was comfortable and seemed new. The courtyard/pool was nice, as was the beach access. There were plenty of beach chairs and lounge chairs for us to use. The parking lot in front of the hotel is small and can only accommodate a dozen vehicles or so but there is ample parking across the street. This was our first stay and we would definitely stay again."

"Breakfast was free and good. Parking free. Room clean close to everything. If you’re looking to budget and want something clean and close to beach this is it. "

"Robert, the manager, was fantastic. Location is great. Right on the beach. Yes, it is small for more than two guests. However, bed was comfortable. Managed to do some cooking for breakfast and dinner. Has pots and pans and utensils for 3 people. Has a hotplate, microwave and fridge. Nice BBQ area. 20 minutes walk to John's Pass. Lots of restaurants and Publix within ,10 minutes drive. Would definately return. "

"The beach view was excellent and in general, the room was clean. The property left some things to be desired such as: light daily room tidying (garbages emptied, beds made, towels replenished without being asked)...I requested my sheets be changed in the primary bedroom since my duvet cover was a little dirty and they could not accommodate me until the following day - no one wants to sleep with a dirty duvet cover. The spaces were also a little tight. Overall it was ok but I would probably not go out of my way to stay there again. "

"Great located across the street from the beach Rented a queen studio that sleeps 3 ppl there no blankets or pillows for the second bed. Went to the office at 859 and there was no one there, called 2x as they said they were open until 11pm. No hot water for showers at 8am, our neighbours complained to us about it too. Both beds were hard as a rock. Do not recommend this place for $240US and $15 for parking. Disappointing!! "

"This is a great place to stay. It is centrally located between St Pete Beach and Clearwater Beach with North Redington Beach directly across the street. They offer you the option to borrow beach chairs and beach towels, which is a fabulous perk. We only stayed one night and preferred to hang out at the beach so we didn’t get to use the pool, but it looked great as well. I would stay here again anytime."
