"We stayed 2 weeks at this hotel. The hotel was clean, the rooms comfortable and well-maintained, breakfast was satisfying and diverse, staff were professional. Location was great for us. Highly recommended."

"Spacious, clean room, well furnished. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, except for the very weak coffee. Need some larger luggage carts, as the ones offered are small and unstable, requiring multiple trips to move in and out. Parking is a real hassle, because the lot is shared with another hotel and several restaurants, so if one leaves for dinner and comes back after 9 pm, you may find yourself having to park two blocks away, and that is even after paying daily for the parking. But, having stayed at all the other hotels in the area, this place is certainly the best available option."

"I was a little disappointed with the location of the hotel. When selecting a lake view room I thought the hotel was in a nicer location. Otherwise, the amenities were very good."

"This was the cutest most charming hotel in the area! Shower is kind of small but hotel itself, the courtyard, the balconies and mainly their signature staircase was spectacular! "

"The elevator was not working. The staff were really kind and accommodating which is the ONLY positive thing I have to say about the property. The room was sticky and hot and never fully cooled down the entire 2 night stay. There’s a window ac unit and it just blew regular(non cooled) air the whole time. For the price it was ridiculous and I wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone. "
