"The breakfast was great. It’s pricey to buy on site (400 baht) so maybe book beforehand. The customer service was great. The room was clean and comfortable. There’s a convenient hotel shuttle to the nearby sky train station which I appreciated. "

"I booked a Nikko grand suite which was very spacious but when I entered the room it was 28C due to heat entering from the bathroom windows but the air conditioning took a while to cool down. Whilst both the bedroom and living room were spacious the closet was adequate and as usual there were insufficient clothes hangers. Unfortunately the hotel does not provide soap bars so if you dislike liquid soap you must bring your own. It is very close to Thong Lo Bts station so travelling around is a breeze. All the staff are very friendly and helpful."
