As is customary with the Carlton, my experience was first class throughout; check in to checking out. As a seasoned traveller I have never returned so many times to a particular hotel but it’s hard to imagine staying anywhere else in Bangkok despite the many options available. Great credit the GM and his team.

A wonderful stay at The Okura Prestige Bangkok We had a wonderful stay at The Okura Prestige Bangkok. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, friendly and welcoming, making us feel genuinely well looked after throughout our visit. A special thank you to Niek, the General Manager, who went out of his way to greet us and check how we were enjoying our stay. That personal attention made a real difference and reflected the care we experienced from the team. Breakfast offered a wide...

Excellent

Quiet, peaceful, got some good rest here. Booked for about 7 days.

What a gem this place is, had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed it so much we’ve booked it again on our way back through Bangkok. The Tuk Tuk service makes getting to the stations very convenient for the MRT and BTS. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the pool is amazing and perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring. The beds are comfy and the rooms have blackout curtains so you can get a great nights sleep. All for a reasonable price, can’t recommend this place enough. The lazy...

Excellent hotel

We had a fantastic two weeks at the hotel, the staff were amazing and catered to our needs. Right near the bts so travelling about was not an issue. Would definitely stay there again.

Really love this hotel. It is Japanese run and Japanese standard in Thailand. And it is super clean and organized and very comfortable to stay. Right next to metro station with direct access to metro. Super easy to navigate. Also they have amazing parking space downstairs with taxi pickup. Very very easy..The hotel also equipped with 24/7 vending machine and ATMs. They clean the room every day. High floor with nice gym and pool and easy access. Everyone is super polite and friendly

Excellent hotel

I often choose this hotel when visiting Bangkok. It’s close to everything but a bit quieter than other parts of Sukhumvit and the quality of the rooms is excellent. The western options at the breakfast buffet could be better but the facilities are great and the golf simulator is an added bonus if you play.
