"I had a wonderful time! My boyfriend needed cookies and towels. So he kept getting the warmest cookies and clean towels whenever he wanted. They were efficient on making him happy, and that made me happy. "
"Property was great. Checking in the attendant was not very friendly at all. All other staff was amazing and very attentive.
Water dispenser in the "Smile to Go" was not working or not filled, therefore getting water was very limited.
Restaurants on site were also great, with amazing service!"
"I didn’t catch the name of the person who checked us in (he’s been there 18 years), but he was a terrific introduction to the hotel — friendly, open, and offering all the best of New York. The room was clean, and it is sooooo close to so many theaters, the Morgan Library, Bryant Park and the New York Public Library. Will stay here again. "
