"Cistern fault in first room so allocated another room. A number of breakfast items were either very depleted or missing. Had to ask for them to be restocked... ! Was told that restocking of heated pastries would take 25 minutes!"

"Do not be fooled by the images they advertise it is the complete opposite. The rooms are extremely dirty and dusty. I fear that they do not even clean the rooms they just remake the bed for new arrivals. You will find things that look like bogeys on the walls. The floors are so sticky to walk around in. The dust is disgustingly thick. As soon as we checked in there was someone else’s hair all over the bed sheet. Looked like someone’s pubes. It’s absolute filth. "

"Hazel at front desk greeting and checking was AMAZING! went out of her way -tto make sure everything was explained-toured-shown to me after i checked in. Breakfast is a full spread -well worth the extra added to room charge if you desire. Room was clean -and modernly redone alone with rest of hotel. I wa a single- I had room to move around- if your a a big couple room would be very small- Diffently small if a couple with child. Honor bar in fridge-npresso coffee - lots of power and charging outlets in room.."
