"We stayed here for 4 nights with my son and overall had a really great experience. This was actually our second stay, and we would definitely return again.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, and housekeeping came daily which we really appreciated. The front desk team was excellent — friendly, helpful, and very accommodating throughout our stay. They even gave us multiple $15 coupons to use at the restaurant downstairs, which was a nice touch.
We had lunch there a few times and the food was always good with great service. It made things very convenient during our stay.
The only area that really needs improvement is the pool and gym area. The hot tub unfortunately looked quite dirty — I noticed hair and particles floating in the water, which wasn’t very appealing. The gym equipment is also quite outdated and some machines didn’t seem to be working properly.
Aside from that, everything else about our stay was positive. The staff were wonderful and the hotel itself is comfortable and well located. With some updates to the pool and gym area, this place would be even better. We will definitely consider staying here again."
