"This was a scam. The property was advertised as having a pool and spa, which was a key reason for booking. On arrival, we were redirected to Pattisons Boutique, which has neither facility. Being told to drive to another hotel to use these amenities was not what was advertised or agreed upon. I would like a partial refund for the amount paid toward the pool and spa facilities. Otherwise, the staff were polite and helpful, and the estate was beautiful."

The private grounds feel personal, spacious & luxurious. 3 of us stayed and had a Signature lodge each. Beautiful rooms. Comfy beds. Food at the hotel is delicious.The hotel organised Safari for us (Jeep & Boat) which were both incredible. "
