We absolutely loved this hotel, from the exceptionally warm welcome at check in, super helpful tips on where to visit and where to eat, to the beautiful room. A really lovely experience. Some thoughtful touches too, like the early evening wine tasting. Special mention to the wonderful team at reception, especially the lovely lady who printed off her helpful guide for us and was just totally delightful for our entire stay.

Great hotel in a lovely location, nice smooth check-in, very nice spacious room, very friendly staff.

Initially had a room on the 11th floor which wasn’t great for me. The room like a lot of hotels has fixed windows so no fresh air and hotel was very hot so ac on all the time. The staff and manager were great and allowed me to move to a balcony room on the 3rd floor overlooking the square. This completely changed my opinion of the property and we had a great stay

Absolutely stunning luxury hotel. Staff very welcoming and made my stay feel so special. All staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The service provided was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel and I plan to go back to this hotel in the very near future.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

Very close to/great location for basketball at the Moda centre. Right next to cheap tram service from Portland airport, staff available 24/7, rooms very nice and clean

Clean and tidy hotel in the middle of downtown. Easy access to public transport and plenty of place to eat or drink at a short walk away

Enjoyed overnight stay allowed to check in early so was able to enjoy walk around town for the afternoon

A great hotel with excellent staff, very comfy beds, and a calm and relaxed environment. We found that the people in Portland were so friendly, it almost felt as if it wasn't real, but after a few days in the city we realised everyone was just incredibly kind and genuine! The hotel staff were no exception - very welcoming and helpful; even after we left some of our belongings there and had travelled 700 miles down the coast, they were kind enough to reach out to us to advise of the error and...

A very nice hotel with fabulous lobby and lots of features, including various historical photos on each level. Good location for everything cultural. Excellent bar. Only real drawbacks was the municipal works overnight outside the hotel which woke us at around 4-5 am a couple of nights
