Another excellent stay at the Hilton Southlake. Love the location of this hotel as so many shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance which is not the norm for staying in most hotels in Dallas.

Enjoyed the stay except the bar was understaffed at times & a queue to get breakfast.
Sunday the lady serving was overwhelmed & this upset her.
Bins were also overflowing with rubbish & there was food all over the 3rd floor entrance to the

The property was clean and everything was efficient. Would recommend this as a great airport location as it is beside a large mall with cinema, and has a shuttle both to the airport, and a local shuttle to Grapevine.

We enjoyed our stay. We booked a disabled room by mistake which they wouldn't change, but it was fine. Very large room, very quiet, safe area and decent italian restaurant next door. Breakfast was poor however. No recycling facilities.

This place is always great from airport pick up through checkin to room facilities. Big thank you to Ash- home 2 suites driver for always being there when needed. As it was our 4th time stay in the hotel I don't think I need to add anything else except keep doing what you can to stay this fabulous.

Room clean , hotel clean , good facilities, good breakfast . No airport shuttle though . About $10 in an uber . Most places restaurants, down town , sopping mall all about 20-25 minutes away in a car . Stephanie on reception was very good and helpful. Thank you .
