"Room was in desperate need or a refresh. It wouldn’t really matter how hard the cleaning staff worked the room would still appear dirty, especially the carpet. "

"This room served a basic purpose the night before a move and would also be a functional hotel for the airport proximity, but the traffic noise wasn’t great and it is very basic. Room size was decent though and it was clean. The best part is that White Spot restaurant is off the lobby."

"The hotel staff charge your card before you arrive, and then tell you they need to charge you again when you get there. They did not explain the reason or why they do this. The shower had mold in it, and the toilet handle was broken. It’s been nearly 24 hours since checking out and they still have not released the hold nor have they sent me my folio explaining the charges. "
