"ALL THE FOOD WAS VERY GOOD. HAD ABOUT 4 MEALS AT THE LODGE. ROOM WAS OK CLEAN, BUT THE CARPET SEEMED TO NEED A CLEANING. RESTAURANT STAFF WAS VERY PLEASANT. I DIAGREE WITH THE LODGE POLICY OF CHARGING A $20 FEE FOR A LATE CHECK OUT OF 1 HOUR. MOST PLACES WILL ALLOW AN HOUR OR TWO GRACE PERIOD WITHOUT CHARGING EXTRA. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH YOUR POLICY."

"Timber Ridge is a great place for families with children 10 and under, the waterpark isn't designed for older children/teens. Staff was great, hotel/waterpark is nice and clean."

"Nice hotel and reasonably priced but no one cleaned our room for 6 days and food was inconsistent. Burgers 8 out of 10. Pizza is a 4 out of 10 at best. Breakast sandwich was good but a small coffee for $3 and it wasnt very good was a bit much."
