"I paid for a casita suite which I thought would’ve been better than a regular room. It was average not very clean. The water in the shower took forever to warm up. Our sink broke and the water would not stop running. We had to get then to just turn the water off to that sink. Luckily there was another. "

The second day when we got back our keys were dis activated and the kid in the night time does not have any customer service experience. He was like what you want? I had previous stayed here in a first floor room but the third floor was horrible. Horrible experience and not able to use the restroom for our stay. "
