We loved our stay at this Sonder. The check in process was straightforward and convenient. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities you would expect. The location is great to explore Montreal. We also particularly liked the case lockers on site on the day of checkout - enabling us to safely store our luggage before our evening flight. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great room, lots of space, everything you need. Staff were very welcoming abd friendly. Our only problem was the airconditiong, which was controlled centrally, so you could only control a bit, but the worst thing was you, and they, couldnt turn it off. Ours was too cold and although quiet, in use it kept clicking, so we had two nights of bad sleep. It was such a shame as everything else including location, was fab

The loft apartments were very clean and modern. The bed was huge with good quality linen and exceptionally comfortable. The check-in process was straightforward and the staff were very friendly and polite at all times. The apartment was very well equipped with pretty much everything you might need for a two-week stay. A USB port would have been useful. The apartments are situated on one of the main streets in Old Montreal - very conveniently placed for many of the tourist hot spots as well...

Location was excellent the hotel offers some good facilities, staff are very friendly

We had a great stay, the hotel is ideally positioned in the Old Port area which is lovely.

Spent seven nights here in October and would definitely stay here again. We arrived early and was hoping to leave our luggage but the reception staff offered to check the status of our room and we were able to check in early. All the staff we encountered were friendly, helpful and spoke English. The room was clean and very spacious, the bed was lovely and comfortable and we had everything we needed. The air conditioning was very welcome and works very well. The 747 bus stops very close by which...

Everything from start to finish of our holiday was absolutely stunning and fantastic would definitely recommend and will stay here again if back in montreal.

The hotel is perfectly located in old Montreal right by the Notre Dame Basilica & a short walk from the port and main old town streets. The room was huge with lounge & kitchen areas as well as a large comfortable bed. Washing machine & dryer in the spacious bathroom too. Easy communication with staff on WhatsApp chat to get questions answered.

Staff very helpful, Good breakfast. Easy to walk to shops and the metro. Three blocks from the airport bus drop off. Mount Royal two blocks behind the hotel.

The place is located in the heart of old town Montreal, plenty of restaurants nearby. Pretty much all the tourist spots are within walking distance. Absolutely lovely place to stay at.

Really comfortable stay.

Stayed for 6 nights, first visit to Montreal. Great apartment and a wonderful view of the city. Staff available (4th) whenever required. Having a washing machine and dryer have never been part of my holiday wish checklist but it was so handy and nice not to come home with a bag full of dirty washing! It’s a 1km walk to the nearest Metro at the Bell Centre so just right. You can also take a pleasant walk of about 20 mins along the river and end up in the heart of Old Montreal. I enjoyed...

The cleanest hotel ever with fabulous staff. A brilliant find.

Great apartment - everything worked and was super comfortable. The studios don't have a sofa that is a the only downside. Spotlessly clean and well equipped kitchen. Staff were wonderful and there is a restaurant downstairs and the main hotel across the road so plenty of options if you don't want to cook. It's in a heritage building so there is no lift but the staff are on call to help with suitcases so wasn't a problem for me.

The property is well located & close to all major spots. The room was well planned with latest amenities & was very spacious.
