I loved staying at this hotel. The staff was very accommodating and quick in responding to any concerns or questions. The hotel was clean and it smelt amazing!! We had a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again.

I absolutely love the hotel called the Sonder, and when it closed down, my heart was actually broken because they had some of the most comfortable beds ever. When I booked my hotel for Montreal, I did not know until I walked into the room that it used to be one of the Sonder hotels, and the minute I sat down on the bed, I knew I was going to have one of the best sleeps ever; it was so worth going to the place, as it was a great sleep experience.

Great experience overall! Very comfortable unit and we enjoyed our stay very much. Very strong perfume scent in the lobby which could be reduced but did not negatively impact our stay. Thank you!

Absolutely loved my stay here! Previously stayed here when it used to be a Sonder, and had an even better experience as The Alexander Hotel. Such a great location and very walkable. Our room was very clean and staff were very friendly.

Just for four night stay, I feel like I would have reserved this place longer. Even in the heart of Old Montreal, the vicinity is quiet and safe. This place will be my next home in Montreal.

The apartment was very well stocked and the location was second to none. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star was due to the overpowering air freshener in the lobby and elevator, twice my mother had to use her puffer due to her assma from the air fresher. The apartment was clean, great size and quiet.

It takes a minute to get used to the idea that you will not have face to face interaction with hotel staff. Everything is done online or via phone. They are fairly quick to respond. The room could use a deep cleaning. Great location. Nice modern rooms.

The property is in a great location. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk. In fact, all four days we were there we never saw a human being. But they are available by phone 24/7. There is no maid service. There is a washer and dryer in the room so you do your own laundry. The room is spacious. It had everything we needed. Overall we were very happy there.

The location was very great. The property was very clean and nice. The only things that was not clear in detail of property that the TV was not working and I have to have Ruku account to access the streaming. So that doesn’t not match with the detail the rest was all excellent. Also very close to metro as well.

I liked the location which was close to many attractions. I didn’t like that I could not contact anyone at reception for assistance. I tried for 1 hour to get someone to unlock my luggage from the luggage room. Their communication is not good.

Great room for the price. We had a one bedroom unit with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Close to everything in Old Montreal, attractions and restaurants. While Montreal is known for its restaurants you could easily save money by cooking some meals since it’s near the supermarkets and easy to get to the Jean Talon market for fresh food via the Metro. Check in process is clunky since there is no staff in the hotel. You need to call them when checking in and use codes to enter your room and the hotel.
