"The lake view room was well appointed and with a perfect view of the lake and sunsets. The bathroom vanity area could have better lighting. We were on the second floor and the ceiling soundproofing was poor because we could hear the footsteps from the unit above. "

They were quick to respond when we had questions and welcoming when we arrived.
