Greeted by friendly staff. Room much bigger than expected with balcony and view. Even had a nespresso machine! Staff happy to help. About 10-15 min walk from nearest tube station. Difficult to find hotel, may need directions on website as not on Google maps yet!

I loved the Cheval, there are lots of great things to say about this apartment! This really is a beautiful haven in London only steps away from Gloucester road Tube station. I received a lovely warm welcome and was brought up to my room and shown how everything worked. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor, the apt itself is great size, has a fully functioning kitchen, comfortable sitting room, a guest bathroom as well as a bedroom with on-suite. So much better value than a hotel...

The hotel was superb, there was 2 adults and 3 children and the staff were very helpful and polite. Would love to go back

The staff were amazing. The stay was for a special birthday treat, and it certainly was a treat. The hotel is in a wonderful location and the rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished. Plenty of parking

The photos of this property do not do it justice, it is beautiful. Ideal location for all Camden has to offer, so many ameneties and tourist attractions within walking distance. Excellent comms from a friendly host, check in and out could not be easier. Will definitely be back!

The whole experience was perfect. Very comfortable bed, kitchen with everything we needed and great friendly staff. Location was perfect for walking to museums, parks, general shopping and wonderful cafes. I would happily stay next time we’re in London.

Property was extremely clean, had fantastic staff and brilliant location. Both Aruman and Paulina were extremely helpful and went out there way to help. Apartment was spotless and had everything you needed. highly recommend.

Loved our stay here. Absolutely LOVED it. The welcome was second to none with a covid friendly 1 on 1 around the suite and a welcome pack that meant we could have a brew after our long journey. We enjoyed our stay very much. We were upgraded to a larger suite, which was wonderful and the location was outstanding. We could walk to the museums on Exhibition Rd, and nearby were many restaurants and a large supermarket. The apartment was very clean and the rooms were generously sized. We would definitely stay here again.

I love this place so much I'm going back again at the end of August. It has everything that the traveller in London would want: dear little kitchen with fridge, hotplate and microwave; en suite, lots of beautiful objects that lend the place character, scrupulously clean, every-obliging staff, central to everything, and with restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, post office and many shops within a stone's throw. It even has a guest lounge, a garden and a laundry.

Finding good accommodation in Central London for a decent price is becoming harder and harder - I thought twice about creating a positive review as don’t want this accommodation to be over subscribed selfishly (!), but what a fantastic find. Really enjoyed staying here, everything ran super smooth, was easy to check in and get access to what was a modern and immaculately clean room, with everything you need and very comfortable. Loved the location too as lots going on within close proximity...

I had a lovely 2-night stay at Cleveland Residences Russell Square. The self check-in process was easy and straightforward, and the apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything needed for a short stay. The location was excellent for exploring London, with convenient access to local attractions and public transport. Euston Station was approximately an 18-minute walk away. Overall, a great place to stay for a short visit to London, and I would happily recommend it to others.

Great location near Exmouth market, buses on Rosebery Avenue and Farringdon Road, and tube stations Chancery Lane and Farringdon. Located on Rosebery Avenue, the room was quiet and light traffic during the day. Being in the centre in a quiet street with very comfortable bed . Very good quality for sleep and rest for a busy London day .
