"Nice & central. However room was in need of updating in some areas. Stain on carpet next to the bed. Sofa has seen better days!! Like a sauna in there- couldn’t sleep. Headboard strange - soft bit very high up!!!?? Lift is so dated - would av been quicker to walk to the third floor!!!!"

"We had a lovely stay at the Hilton Cardiff. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the reception team. Also a special thank you to Rohit, who looked after us so well during breakfast and made us feel very welcome. Excellent service throughout—we would happily stay again."

"Great location for an easy walking distance to Cardiff Bay restaurants shops and entertainment. Rooms modern and beds comfortable. The staff were very courteous and helpful and the buffet breakfast excellent. Would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room but otherwise well equipped. Lots of car parking outside. Found the electronic door lock cards to be a bit temperamental but reception quickly reprogrammed them to resolve the issues."
