"Everything was great. Especially Ceri at the front desk and boy did she know her job. Well done to you Ceri. My only disappointment was, on arrival at the spa for a swim we were asked to pay £5 each for the 3 of us to use the pool. We weren’t told that this was now a paid service and were very surprised to find out it was , right at the last minute. All said and done we had a fab time. Many thanks Clive."

"We did not have breakfast but everything from check in to check out was excellent. The showers were particularly good and rooms decorated very tastefully and very comfortable. The complementary Welshcakes in reception were a nice touch. The hotel was centrally located on Queen street, very convenient for the Castle, shopping and Principality Statium. Definately recommended and would stay again "
