"Edward stood out as an exceptionally helpful member of staff. So informative, friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. He went above and beyond and we were very grateful as it was our first visit to Cardiff.
We had a deluxe room which was very comfortable, executive lounge was an added bonus.
Breakfast was amazing, plenty of of choice."
