"Very handy hotel, but creeky floors so get woken up by early arrivals departures etc, no fried eggs for brekky only rubbery scrambled eggs. Main menu needs upgrading and what comes out the kitchen sometimes isnt quite up to scratch"

"Wonderful hotel! The Staff is very friendly and helpful, they make you feel at home and very Welcome. The lobby and lounge areas are super well design and the Gym is wonderful all good quality equipment! Internet works good as a digital nomad. Rooms are very spacious and bed is nice and big. And Super Important they are Pet friendly!! So I can stay with my little one no prob, they even give her treats and toys! Thanks for caring! My Top choice when Im in reading! "Spacious room on 6th floor. Welcoming staff from doorman through to reception team & all bar staff / breakfast staff we met. Definitely a stay to remember. It seemed to us that this hotel is undergoing a refurb / redecoration which is going very well. The ambience of the hotel was very good. Light bites in the bar exceptional. Best thing about this hotel : the team working there. "
